ORHAN HOLDING PURCHASED A FACTORY IN MEXICO.

Nobel Automotive, which is one of the enterprises of Orhan Holding and situated in Bursa has purchased Nexteer Automotive’s, hydraulic hose factory in the city Sabinas Hidalgo in Mexico.

Nobel Automotive, enterprise of Orhan Holding, one of the global automotive spare parts industries of Turkey, has purchased Nexteer Automotive’s hydraulic hose factory in the city Sabinas Hidalgo in Mexico. With this purchasing Nobel Automotive has doubled its number of factories in Mexico and will produce in the new facilities in Sabinas hoses made from metal and rubber for hydraulic steering wheel systems.

Murat Orhan, CEO and Chairman of Orhan Holding’s Board of Directors said “This purchase will strengthen Orhan Holding’s presence in North America with the customer oriented global service strategy.”

Nobel Automotive, a part of Orhan Holding, is active in 3 continents, 12 countries with its 13 production facilities and 5 technical centers on fluid transfer technologies and production techniques. The global growth of Nobel Automotive which started with its technical center in Haydarabad India, continued with the purchase of production facilities in Fuzhou, China, Daegu, South Korea and Togliatti, Russia and now in Sabinas, Mexico.

In his speech, Larry Denton, Vice President of Automotive Group responsible for fluid transfers said “This purchase will be an important part of our strategy to become the first preferred company for our global customers on fluid transfer systems.The new facility in Mexico is producing hoses for hydraulic steering wheel systems, made from metal and rubber and its primary customer is General Motors. There are currently 250 employees in the factory.”
